Winter :

8:20 am to 1:50 pm

(Timing may be changed as per weather conditions with prior information.)

School Uniform:

The School Uniform is an essential part of students' overall Discipline /Etiquettes. Wearing of the prescribed uniform is mandatory to come to school otherwise the Defaulters shall be liable to be sent back home and finded for violation of school Discipline/Norms. The following items of Uniform are prescribed for Summer/Winter Seasons.

Summer Uniforms For Boys/Girls                                                          

a) Shirts (Half Sleeves) with White Blue Square check with school name                                                                

b) Shorts/Trousers/Skirts (Sky Blue)

c) Socks Sky Blue with white stripes 

d) Handkerchief white

e) School Pattern Tie

f) School Pattern Belt 

g) School-Simple black/Sports Shoes

h) Sky Blue Patka for Sikh Students

Winter Uniforms For Boys/Girls

 (Same as in Summers) But Shirts with full sleeves with Woollen Sweater School Woollen Blazer.

Note:-1) White Trousers, House T-Shirts, School Tie/Belt, White P.T. Shoes, White Socks are compulsory on house days.

2) Sky Blue Patka for Sikh Students.

AVAILIBILITY of text Books/Stationary/Uniform Goods:-

Proper arrangements are made each years to provide all the prescribed text books by N.C.E.R.T/C.B.S.E , Stationary items & Uniform Goods on reasonable rates during admission for the convenience.

SYLLABUS/EXAMINATIONS:-

1) for pre-Nur. to II Classes Syllabus will be on the basis of work-sheet system (Monthly)

2) For Classes III to VIII, whole syllabus will be divided according to CCE. Pattern.

There is continuous evaluation by  taking assignments activities and test throughout the year as per CBSE.

VACATION/BREAKS:-

The following vacation/breaks are granted during each year:

a) Summer Vacation of 5-6 weeks as per schedule

b) Winter Vacation of 2-3 weeks as per schedule

Leave Application:

No Leave is granted to students except on a written Application from the parents. The Absentees without Application/Medical Certificate, shall be fined Rupee Ten on each day of absence. Likewise,late comers and student without uniform shall be fined Rs.5/-to maintain proper discipline and punctuality in the school.

Parents-teachers Meet (P.T.M.):

The Parents-Teachers Meeting are held mostly on the Last Saturday of each month to maintain cordial relationship among them. Such meetings are very crucial for mutual understanding and easy and Smooth solution of all the emotional and academic problems of students with full knowledge about the periodic progress of their wards and on-the -spot redressal of complaints/grievances, if any. Innovative/creative suggestions for academic improvement are  always welcome from parents/guardians/old students from this school for implementation. Besides this, parents can see the Principal on all Saturdays, except the Second Second Saturday, between 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.

The parents/guardians are our valuable, worthy and venerable patrons who are expected to give their active co-operation for the smooth  function of the Academic/Administrative/Culture Activities with their hearty Moral/material Support in the overall interest/welfare of the students as well as their Institution. Creative and constructive suggestions/recommendations form the parents /guardians/Ex.students will be thankfully acknowledged and implemented for better results since an allround developments of the Child and the school is the ''JOINT RESPONSIBILITY'' of the parents, the teachers and school authorities to deliver the desired good for a better society with an improved equality of life, to lead & enjoy with delight. Hence, active involvement/participation of parents/guardians/Ex. students in all the school functions/social organization is earnestly solicited. they are requested to have a liberal and sympathetic view to encourage/motivate their wards to obey and the adhere to all the school Rules/Regulations regarding punctuality/ Regularity and for the observance of the school Timings, wearing of school Uniform, personal Hygiene and Sanitation, Self-Discipline and participation in all Co-Curricular Activities/Education Tours/Trips/School Fees and other Educational Projects. parents are requested to contact the Principal in case of any difficulty, complaints/grievances/problems either through personal Visits or Telephonically, reposing full trust/faith with practical/approach, in the dictum

''Ignorance of law is No Excuse''.
